In an exciting step forward, we're thrilled to announce the development of our brand-new home base, a purpose-built facility designed to house ICG Construction, PlastaMasta Wagga + Riverina Steel Frames, and ICG Fleming at one location. This modern office structure, crafted from Light Gauge Steel (LGS), features trusses spanning 11m to accommodate a spacious open floor plan. The design includes large openings, an outdoor area, and multiple meeting and breakout rooms, creating an ideal environment for collaboration and innovation.
A special shout-out goes to our master framer, Terry, and his team, who played a pivotal role in the installation of these frames. Terry brings not only a smile every day but also his advanced knowledge of steel frames, contributing significantly to the project's success with his expertise and positive attitude, that we aim to provide to all of our customers.
The project also encompasses a new 1500m2 warehouse, which will serve a dual purpose: it will be the new home of our PlastaMasta Wagga Retail store and house our state-of-the-art steel framing factory. Equipped with two Framecad machines, capable of producing 89mm and 150mm prefabricated wall frames, trusses and a range of other panels, this facility is set to revolutionise our production capabilities.

With this new base, we're poised to enhance our service offerings across the Riverina, driving forward our vision of supporting regional development through high-quality construction and materials.
